WINERY VISIT WITH TASTING
The tour begins with an introduction to Eleva’s production universe and continues with a presentation of the company’s vineyards cultivated using the guyot method discovering the characteristics of the Valpolicella terroir.
We continue in the cellar, with a visit to the barrel cellar, a place dedicated to the ageing of wine where the new production technologies for our wines and their history will be explained.
We conclude with a visit to the tasting room to taste our wines.
